If, while in the Medical Center, you receive a notification that an “Air Raid” signal has begun, you must exit the building as quickly as possible and go to the nearest shelter :
st. Kashtanovaya, 13, (basement in the medical center building)
or Obukhov Culture and Leisure Center, st. Kyiv, 117.
During an air raid warning, reception and cash desk operations cease, the medical center closes, and patients and staff are directed to shelter. We are committed to the safety of our patients and staff and urge you to not ignore the Air Raid Alert and remain in shelter until it is officially lifted.
The medical center will resume work and reception within 10 minutes. after the official cancellation of the “Air Raid” signal
If the Air Raid signal is received before the medical center starts working, the medical center will resume work within 1 hour after the signal is cancelled.
Please note that due to the above circumstances, changes in the doctors’ work schedule are possible: rescheduling or changing appointment times.
