{"id":1355,"date":"2022-12-09T16:24:59","date_gmt":"2022-12-09T14:24:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/androcentr.kiev.ua\/ru_ob\/?page_id=1355"},"modified":"2022-12-12T15:15:54","modified_gmt":"2022-12-12T13:15:54","slug":"muzhskoe-besplodie","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/androcentr.kiev.ua\/ru_ob\/en\/xirurgiya-professora-bojko\/zabolevaniya\/muzhskoe-besplodie\/","title":{"rendered":"Male infertility"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After the decision to have a child, couples reach conception, as a rule, within a year.\u00a0However, about 15% of families are faced with the fact that they cannot conceive a baby.\u00a0It is very important in the absence of a positive result to consult a doctor after 10-12 months.<\/p>\n<p>Infertility depends on many factors.\u00a0In particular, in 30-40% of cases, the reason for the lack of conception is a violation of a man&#8217;s ability to produce offspring (the so-called male infertility).\u00a0About 30% of infertility is affected by both female and male factors.<\/p>\n<p>Male infertility comes in several forms:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Secretory infertility\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>is the inability of the gonads to produce sperm.<\/li>\n<li>Excretory-toxic infertility is a violation of the functional ability of spermatozoa due to diseases of the genital organs, such as prostatitis, vesiculitis, epididymitis.\u00a0In this case, immunological, biochemical changes, the influence of microflora or intoxication pathologically affect the ability of men to produce healthy spermatozoa.<\/li>\n<li>Excretory-obstructive infertility is caused by inflammation of the prostate gland, testicles, vas deferens, seminal vesicles, appendages, congenital congenital absence of the vas deferens, as well as trauma to the genital organs or surgical interventions.\u00a0All these problems cause a violation of the patency of the seminiferous tract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The final diagnostic method for resolving the issue of the cause of infertility is a testicular biopsy, which is performed in our clinic in an open way.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the different factors that cause infertility, different approaches to pharmacological treatment are used.<\/p>\n<p>Secretory infertility in men is treated with hormonal drugs.\u00a0Antibacterial drugs are used to treat inflammatory diseases of the genital organs, with bacterial infection and the development of excretory-toxic infertility.\u00a0Various biostimulants are also used.<\/p>\n<p>For the treatment of excretory-obstructive infertility, only surgical approaches are used.<\/p>\n<p>Microsurgical method of treatment is one of the most complex and serious.\u00a0Microsurgical intervention is prescribed for patients who have impaired patency of the vas deferens (operations such as vasoepididymoanastomosis, vasovasostomy, transurethral resection of the prostate cyst,).\u00a0An effective operation to restore fertility (the body&#8217;s ability to create viable offspring) in such diseases or after sterilization can only be performed by a surgeon with the appropriate qualifications.\u00a0Sometimes an operation to restore fertility is not possible for the following reasons: the patient\u2019s middle age, the infertility of the spouse or incorrectly performed earlier voluntary surgical sterilization, the long period that has elapsed after the onset of obturation, the presence of antisperm antibodies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After the decision to have a child, couples reach conception, as a rule, within a year.\u00a0However, about 15% of families are faced with the fact [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":789,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"sgk-diseases-single.php","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-1355","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.2 -
